Terms & Conditions Reminder:
Members must submit a written request for a membership freeze by completing the provided Freeze Request Form. The Freeze Request Form must be submitted to the Gym by the 14th of the month preceding the month in which the freeze is desired. Late requests may not be honored and may result in charges for the following month.
Membership freezes are granted for a maximum duration of 1 month, once in a calendar year.
Termination of the membership during the freeze period is prohibited. Termination requests must be submitted in accordance with the membership agreement's cancellation policy. Memberships cannot be downgraded during or when requesting the freeze period.
A freeze fee of 50% of the current monthly membership fee will be charged for the freeze period. After that, membership fee resumes to full price.
By submitting a membership freeze request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in additional charges.
