This will serve as your written notice as required by our membership Terms and Conditions.
Base 13 will not refund any classes not used by you as part of your selected membership(s) in that billing month or backdated, as fees are charged on a whole month basis. Only active memberships can be downgraded. base 13 will not accept requests for downgrading membership during a notice period (a notice period being based on the last active month). Your membership will be TERMINATED according to the cut-off date specified in our Terms and Conditions and the date you submitted your request. (you can also find a copy of our terms and conditions that you agreed to in your team up account)Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this 30-day period, and we have not received your cancellation request in writing, the payment will be processed as scheduled. If the Member wishes to terminate their membership 30 day written notice must be provided. Any payment cycles within this 30 days will still be charged.
Exceptional cancellation:
A cancellation is exceptionally granted if the Member moves more than 6 miles away from any Base 13 facility, on presentation of an official document to prove change of address. It is also possible to cancel the membership due to medical reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
